SDS STOVEPIPES
They are designed to form a nice integrity with your stove in their different dimensions and stylish designs. Corrugated elbows, L-shaped elbows, stove pipe collars are manufactured taking your different needs into consideration.
INSTALLING STOVEPIPES
Keep the pipes as short and vertical as possible. If the pipe runs horizontally, this would cool down flue gases causing reduced chimney draft. Avoid excessive use of elbows; do not use more than two elbows while connecting the stove to the chimney other than necessary situations.
CONNECTING THE PIPES TO THE CHIMNEY
• • Do not push the connection pipe into the chimney opening too far, this could weaken and even stop the draft. Attach the pipe end securely to the chimney, assuring that it is rigid and tight. Elevate the horizontal pipes towards the chimney with a slight inclination.
• • When removing ash from a stove during or after operation using the ash removal knob, keep the bottom ash lid closed to prevent ashes from spreading throughout the room.
